2、stract:Thepapertreatsthemanagementoftherealizationofcivilengineeringprojectsorcivilengineeringbuildingsconstructionmanagement,asacomplexdynamicprocess,whichentailsalargenumberofstrategicandoperativedecisionswhichareimportantforanefficient,costeffective,andeconomicconstruction.Themanage
3、mentprocessexecutionisnotpossiblewithoutthefunctionssuchasplanning,organizing,coordinationandcontrol.Planning,astheinitialfunction,importantfortheforecastofthefutureevents,tasksandgoals,isrenderedmuchsimplerbytheapplicationofcomputersandsoftwarepackages.Suchsoftwarepackagesfacilitateth
4、eintegralmanagement,planning,realization,aswellascontrolofthecourseofrealizationofcivilengineeringprojects,thatistheentirecourseofcivilengineeringbuildingsconstruction.ThemostfrequentprogramsinthisapplicationaretheScheduler,PrimaVeraandProject.Theexperienceacquiredintheapplicationofthe
