5、业人对企业的管理与经济制度的道德性问题.商业道德虽然涉及到商家及其成员对商业规范和经济法规的遵守问题，商业道德并不等同于商业规范和经济法规，后两者带有浓厚的强制性、他律性特点，而商业道德则属于道德范畴，有着自律性和非强制性的特点。简单讲，商业道德对市场经济领域的商家及其成员的要求，包括诚实经营、平等交易、公平竞争、合法谋利、遵守职业道德规范等。树立商业道德的目的是通过保护市场经济中商家的平等竞争、维护消费者的权益借以维护市场经济的正常秩序，同时通过培养个体的商业道德完善个体的道德人格。 Althoughbusinessethicsandtheirmembersi
