1、吉林大学本科生毕业论文摘要随着客车制造业的飞速发展，不但带动了相关产业的发展，而且对于客车所需管子的弯曲制造的需求也大大超出了人们的预料，市场对管子弯曲成型的工艺要求也日益提高，要求其首先能满足客车的不断升级，其次还要有亮丽的外观和优美的弧度，本文本着创新的态度对弯管机的设计做一次尝试，希望能对本行业的发展作出贡献，其中考虑不周之处敬请谅解。论文第一章首先对管材弯曲的加工方法及特点以及弯管加工工艺的发展动态做简要的介绍，之后重点解释了弯管机的工作原理以及其加工方法。第二章分析了液压系统的负载，控制方案，伺服系统主参数以及

2、液压油缸的设计计算。第三章简介了弯管机的控制部分。第四章介绍了液压缸在使用过程中可能遇到的问题和可能在检修，安装过程中可能遇到的困难。第五章是关于机架的设计。第六章是关于直线导轨的性能和选用，对直线导轨的特性也做了简要分析。放在最后的是总结和参考文献。目前弯管机的研发应向节约成本方向发展，重中之重是掌握自主的知识产权，只有这样才能在激烈的国际竞争中占得先机。-51-吉林大学本科生毕业论文ABSTRACTAlongwiththepassengercarmanufacturingindustrytodevelopsoon,n
