4、actionvolumeannuallyincreasingatarateof30percent. Theuseofdirectinvestment(FDI)fortheworldmarket,especiallyemergingmarketsindevelopingcountries.Inrecentyears,thepatternofworldFDIincreasedfrom"3"and(the UnitedStates, Japan, SouthKorea)intoa"classofmany."Bytheendof1990inthew
5、esternworld'stotalFDI,developedcountriesaccountedfor80percent,developingcountriesaccountedfor20%.However,in1993-1998theFDIflowstodevelopingcountriesasmuchas35.3%1999-2000alsodecreasedto17.9%in2001roseagainto27.9percentin2002, China becametheworld'slargestdirectforeigninvestme
6、ntinthecountry.FollowingtheAsianfinancialcrisis,the UnitedStates,Europeandlargemultinationalcorporationsinemergingmarketshasnotbeenlarge-scaledivestment,andonealternativetoJapan, Korea andothercountrieshasbecomeamajorinvestorintheEastAsianregion,fullyreflectedtheemergingmarke
