1、氧化樟脑注射液对小鼠睡眠功能等影响的实验研究焦燕,杨晓春,张问,杨世杰,李红*(吉林大学白求恩医学院药理学系,吉林长春130021)摘 要:目的:探讨氧化樟脑对小鼠睡眠功能和自主活动的影响。方法:①腹腔注射氧化樟脑10min后,腹腔注射阈剂量的戊巴比妥钠(45mg/kg),记录小鼠入睡时间和睡眠持续时间。②腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠(65mg/kg),待小鼠翻正反射消失后,腹腔注射氧化樟脑,记录小鼠睡眠时间。③小鼠腹腔注射氧化樟脑,10min后放入YLS-1S多功能小鼠自主活动测定仪中,稳定2min后记录5min内小鼠自主活动次数。结果:①氧化樟脑能显著延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的小鼠的入睡时
2、间并缩短睡眠持续时间。②氧化樟脑能显著缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠的睡眠时间,与对照组比较,具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。③氧化樟脑明显的增加了小鼠自主活动次数。结论:氧化樟脑能够延长小鼠入睡时间、缩短睡眠时间并增加小鼠的自主活动次数,提示具有催醒的作用。关键词:氧化樟脑;戊巴比妥钠;睡眠;自主活动Effectstudyofoxcamphorinjectiononmice’ssleepfunctionandotherfunctionJIAOYan,YANGXiao-chun,ZHANGWen,YANGShi-jie,LIHong(DeptofPharmacol
