1、石家庄经济学院本科生毕业设计摘要本系统是以湖南金码科技发展有限公司为原型展开的。系统的开发方法采用了结构化生命周期法，在此设计过程中主要对结构化生命周期法的系统规划、系统分析与系统设计部分做了详细的介绍，而系统的实施、系统的运行与维护只是对其在操作过程的一些注意事项做了介绍。具体的开发技术是利用VisualBasic6.0语言设计出界面，通过ODBC接口连接到MicrosoftSQLServer2000的数据库上来实现对数据库的操作。以企业人力资源管理信息资料为依据，对现行系统的业务流程进行科学的分析，对新系统的各子系统的数据处理流程进行细腻的分析，根据企业人力资源部的具体需求给出新系统
