1、第44卷第504期电测与仪表Vol.44No.5042007年第12期ElectricalMeasurement&InstrumentationDec.2007用电信息采集设备可靠性验证试验申丽娟,刘宣,刘岩,董俐君(中国电力科学研究院,北京100192)摘要:在用电信息采集系统建设中,为实现“全覆盖、全采集、全费控”的目标,确保电能数据的安全和完整,要求采集设备具有很高的可靠性。针对采集设备多应力和多失效模式的情形,提出采集设备可靠性验证试验方法。建立采集设备的可靠性串联模型,给出失效模式和失效判据;开展温湿度恒定应力加速寿命试验,确定试验应力水平、样本量

5、lurecriteriaarepresented.Inordertoverifywhetherthereliabilityofacquisitionequipmentsmeetstheindustrialrequirement,reliabilitycompliancetestneedstobecarriedout.Thepurposeofthisworkistodevelopreliabilitycompliancetestmethodsforacquisitionequipmentswithmultiplestressfactorsandmultiple
6、failuremodes.Firstly,reliabilitymodelofacquisitionequipmentswasestablished,whichisaseriesmodel.Anyfunctionalunitfails,theacquisitionequipmentwillfail.Failurecriteriaandmainfailuremodesweregiven.Then,tToshortenthetimeandreducethecost,temperatureandhumidityacceleratedlifetestingwasis
7、performed,usingtimecurtailedtest.Thestresslevels,samplenumberssize,acceleratedmodel,theminimumtesttimeandtestmethodwerearedetermined.Thelifedistributionparametersofseveralfailuremodesineachstresslevelareestimatedbasedontheleastsquaremethod,andthecumulativefailuredistributioninworki
