3、aleffectcanbeforecastedeffectivelybyusingdestructionrangeassessmentmethods.TheexplosionenergyofthestoragetankisestimatedandtheexplosionshockwavesuperpressurevaluesarecalculatedbyusingsimulationproportionalityfactorandTNTexperimentaldata.Theexplosivedetr
4、imentaleffectsareforecastedbyusingtheoverpressurecriterionandtheharmfulrelationsrecommendedbyWorldBank.Takeastoragetankwithvolumeof5000m3andpressure1.20MPaastheexample,safeydistanceofthephysicalexplosionis144.0m,whilethechemicalexplosionis247.7m.Thisstu

6、dstorematchsfacilities,naturalgaspropanetanksareconstantlyconstructed.Comparedwiththenormalpressuretank,naturalgaspropanetanks'pressureishigherandthereserveisbigger.thepressureof0.80~1.60MPaareused,butthetanks'workingpressure[1,2]iscommonly0.78MPa,andth
7、eyarepressurevessels.Thespecificationofsingletanktendstolarge-scale,thetotalvolumemostlyin10tonswhichisthecriticalvalue,andthetankbelongtomajorhazards[3],sothesafetyproblemsareverymuchconcerned.Thesafetycanbeassessedwithdangerindexmethod,suchasDowF&Eind
8、exmethod,MONDmethodofICIcompany,riskevaluationmethodandsoon[4].Thesemethodscanestimatehighriskandmakeriskhierarchies,butforhazardthedamagefromthescopeoftheimpactanalysisinvolvingless.Destructiondamageradiusevaluationmethodisadopt
