1、支气管阻塞器与双腔支气管导管单肺通气麻醉的护理配合周孟洁四川省通江县人民医院636700【摘要】为了全方位的研究支气管阻塞器与双腔支气管导管在单肺通气麻醉的护理配合，木文随机的选取进行过胸科手术的200例患者，所有的患者全部使用纤支镜定位引导置入支气管阻塞器或双腔支气管导管行单肺通气麻醉的方法,准确的掌握病人在麻醉期的护理方法及典型反应。在手术过程中有140例患者釆用双腔支气管导管单肺通气，60例患者采用支气管阻塞器单肺通气，确保所有的患者插管手术正常，手术中采用纤支镜进行定位后单肺通气效果良好。结果显示利用支气管阻塞器和双腔支气管

2、导管的病人在苏醒期有躁动现象的分别有10例（17%）和41例（29%），术后咽痛声嘶的病人分别有26例（43%）和110例（78%）,在苏醒期躁动和术后咽痛声嘶的发生率上可以明显看出支气管阻塞器患者低于双腔支气管导管单肺通气患者（P<005）。结果显示在医生对病人进行麻醉手术的过程中，采取一系列的护理配合方法是很重要的，而且纤支镜在手术中的使用只有重要的指导意义，应当加大力度推广。【关键词】双腔支气管导管；纤维支气管镜；支气管阻塞器Abstract:Inordertomakeacomprehensiveresearchofth
