4、onomicvalueaddedperspectives，analyzestheupgradingprogress；Usingeconometricanalysismethodtoempiricallystudytheinfluenceofthelaborcostsontextileindustrialupgrading，whichinvolvesbackwardsstepwiseregressionanalysismethod，andanalysestheinfluencemechanismoflaborcostsonindustrialupgrading；

5、Combiningwithempiricalanalysisconclusionwiththementionedtheoreticalframework，basingontherelationshipbetweenlaborcostsandtheindustrialupgrading，somecountermeasuresareproposed．Themainconclusionsofthispaper,are：(1)Theriseintheminimumwage，andinlowpriceandhighpricesofwagesguidancepriceun

6、derlabordivisionoftextileworkers，bothhasprovidedthesafeguardforthelaborwageincrease，whichlaysthefoundationsforthetextileindustry’Srisingcostoflabor．Throughtheanalysisofworker’SwagesinChongqingtextileindustry,theauthorfindsatrendofsteadilyanoverallrisinglaborcosts；comparingtheoverall
