4、ency,practicalfeatures,sotherearemoreandmoreacademicattentions.ThispaperisbasedonthepracticeinShanghaiBaosteelsteelmakingconverterproject.Itputforwardtheoptimizingstructurewhichisbasedonamulti-objectivegeneticalgorithm,auxiliarynetworkplanandcurvefitting
5、methodsetc.tobuildthemulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelinconverterrepairingprojectmanagement.Consideringgeneticsearchcanbedoneincontinuousinterval,whendesignthemodelcode,onlyeverycomponent’stimelimitsarejudgedascodingfactors----todealwiththeproblemthatyouh
6、avetobuildone-to-onecorrespondencediscretemodelwhenyouusemultiplecodingfactortocode.Itcanreducethesubjectivefactors’interferencetooptimalsolution.Intheknownarrangementsforthedurationofeachsub-project,youcansolvethecorrespondingcriticalpathanditscorrespon
7、dingtotaldurationaccordingtothenetworkplanningtechnique.Afteranalyzedthekeyproblemoffurnacerepairprojectmanagement,youcangetthemutualinfluenceamongthetimelimit,costandquality,andcorrespondingequationcanalsobebuiltthroughthecurvefitting,withtheadditionofe
