4、roposedwhoseinitialpopulationisobtainedbyheuristicsalgorithmandrandomgeneration．TheexperimentforcomparingandperformanceoftheproposeddifferentialevolutionalgorithmandCPLEXshowsthattheproposedalgorithmCanobtainsatisfiednear-optimalsolutionswithinashortcomputat
