5、担负起组织领导之责、教育管理之责、检查考核之责、责任追究之责。一是发挥党组书记“第一责任人”作用。年初召开党组会，专题研究部署党风廉政建设和反腐败工作，上半年共听取2次党风廉政建设工作汇报，切实推动党风廉政建设工作落到实处。二是强化班子成员“一岗双责”。党组班子成员在抓好业务工作的同时，定期与科室长进行谈心谈话，排查业务领域的廉政风险点，发现问题及时整改，抓好分管领域党风廉政建设工作。三是层层签订责任书。正所谓“跨过断桥一小步，迈出人生一大步”这是我们经过断桥的时候教练给我们说的一句话，也是我对这次拓展训练的最大感悟!按照省纪委十四届二次全会、市纪委
