1、课程设计说明书摘要本设计是以设计日产2500t硅酸盐水泥熟料生产线（重点车间：水泥包装）为任务。介绍了目前水泥工业生产技术的状况，及整个生产线设计过程。本设计的指导思想是经济合理、技术先进、安全适用。本设计采用的生产方法是新型干法水泥生产工艺，设计生产市场需求量较大的硅酸盐水泥。本设计经过了全厂布局、窑的选型、物料平衡计算、各生产车间工艺设计及主机选型、物料的储存和均化、重点车间设计等步骤。整个设计过程中，在主要工艺参数选择和配料方案选择的基础上通过配料计算、全厂物料平衡等计算，进行了全厂的总体设计，完成了主机设备

2、的选型及主机平衡计算等内容。设计中，严格遵守国家的环境保护规范，在满足生产要求的前提下，尽可能使用先进收尘设备，极大减少了粉尘的排放，降低了对环境的污染。最后，在选定包装车间的工艺流程的基础上，通过立磨系统的通风量平衡计算进行了车间的工艺流程设计及附属设备的选型，完成该车间工艺布置图的绘制等工作。关键词：水泥包装车间工艺设计选型布置30ABSTRACTItsmissionistodesignaproductionline，whichcanproduce2，500tonsclinkerperday（keyworksh
