1、建筑工程施工阶段质量控制［摘要］本文重点研究建筑企业施工阶段质量控制。施工阶段质景对建筑工程的经济效益和社会效益影响巨大。建筑工程的质量控制是多种因素综合的结果，具体包括工程的可行性研究、工程施工、工程的勘察设计、工程竣工I;•验收等，在工程的这些施工及完工阶段，都存在质量控制问题。在这些工程各阶段控制中，施工阶段的质量控制是保证房屋质量的核心,伴随着建设项□复杂化的发展趋势，尤其现在一些大型集群项□的建设以及一些大型工业区项目建设等等，这些项目都具有工程量大、投资额高、技术复杂、时问紧迫、质量要求高、相关利

2、益者多等特点。由于上述特点及其项目的复杂性，传统的项目管理理论、方法、模式已经不能完全适应现实管理的需耍，同时对所宥参加建设的单位和管理者都提出了更高的技术要求和管理要求。笔者正是鉴于对建筑工程施工阶段控制M题的思考，首先介绍了工程质量控制概述，对施工阶段影响工程质量的因素及其控制进行研究，然后对建筑工程质量问题现状及成因进行探讨，最后指出了笔者对建筑工程项目质量控制的飢浅的建议和看法。［关键字］建筑工程质量控制质量问题控制措施QualitycontrolofBuildingconstructionphase
