5、uxandultrasonicextractionmethods,vacuumextractionhashigherresveratrolyield,transmittance,DPPHradicalscavengingrateandlowerextractyield,lowercontentofprotein,solublesugarandotherimpurities.Theresultsshowedthatitissuperiortootherextractmethods.CurcumalongaL.iscommonlyrecognizedasapharmaceu
6、tical/foodresource.ThemajoractiveconstituentsofCurcumalongaL.arenaphthaandcurcuminoids.Curcumin,demethoxycurcuminandbisdemethoxycurcumin,whichareclassifiedtocurcuminoids,arethemajoractivecomponentsofCurcumalongaL.Inthestudy,weevaluatetheeffectsofthreefactorsontheextractionyieldsofcurcumi
