2、1,moretolerantthanthereed.Chooseadifferentwaywater,constructedwetlandsfortheremovalofammonianitrogendifferencewassignificant(P<0.05).WiththeincrementofintermittentwaterwaysHRT,Constructedwetlandsforremovalofammonianitrogenshowsarisingtrend,andthechangeissignificant(P<0.05).Consideringreasonabl
3、eandefficiencyofthesystemoperation,obtainsunderreasonableoperatingconditionsfor24hintermittentwaterandaddsasmallamountofnitrifyingbacteriainprobiotics,andthesystemrunscontinuouslyforamonth.TheresultsshowsthatbothsystemshaveabetternitrogenremovalandSpartinasystemhandlesbetterthanthereedsystem.S
4、ochooseSpartinaalterniflorawetlandsystem,andcombineswithrecirculatingaquacultureturbot.Choosesnaturalconditions(intermittentwater24h)ismorereasonable,efficientandsimplewayofrecirculatingaquacultureconditions60days.Afterawetlandsystemtreatstheaquaculturewastewatereffluentconcentrationofammonian
5、itrogen,nitritenitrogen,nitratenitrogenissignificantlylowerthantheconcentrationofthemintheaquarium(P<0.05).Ammonianitrogenaverageremovalratesis(89.88±0.17)%byconstructedwetlandsystem.Inthecirculatingwatersystem,turbotaveragedailyweightgainsweighs2.42grams,andthefeedconversionratiois1.68.Inthec
6、onventionalwayturbotfarming,theaveragedailyweightgainsweighs2.27grams,thefeedconversionratiois1.98.Theresultsshowsthatselectingcirculationpatternshavegreateradvantages.2.Intheexperimentonturbot,flounderaquaculture:comprehensivescomparisonoftwofarmingoperation,andcombineswithturbotphysiological
