2、ent，theenterpriseconstructsGuoruiScienceParkProject(GCPP)withcommerciallydevelopingtheoriginalfactoryarea．ThispaperregardsGCPPastheresearchobjectandinvestigatesitsfeasibility．AfterabriefdescriptiontothebackgroundandsignificanceofGCPP,thepaperfocusesontheresearchtopic。

3、reviewstherelatedliteratureondomesticandforeignscienceparkdevelopment，andgivesacomprehensiveintroductiontoGCPRThen，bycombiningwiththeanalysisoftheNanjingrealestatemarketdata,itdiscussestheurgencyofmarketdemandforsimilarprojects．AfteranalyzingGCPP’Snaturalconditions，th

4、epapercombinestherelevantprojectmanagementtheorywiththeanalyticmethodofbothqualitativeandquantitative，analyzesindetailthefeasibilityofthisprojectfromtheaspectsofinvestmentmode，personnelstructure，aslongaseconomic，socialandenvironmentalbenefits．Theresultsshowthat，thepro
