3、stheimplementationdifficultyofaerialphotography.ThispaperproposesaerialtriangulationsupportedwithGPSprecisepointpositioning(PPP)asawaytoavoidtheuseoftheGPSreferencestationsandsimplifytheworkofaerialphotography.Firstly,wepresentthealgorithmforGPSPPPinaerialtriangulationapplications.Secon

4、dly,theerrorlawofthecoordinateofperspectivecentersdeterminedusingGPSPPPisanalyzed.Thirdly,basedonGPSPPPandaerialtriangulationsoftwareself-developedbytheauthors,foursetsofactualaerialimagestakenfromsurveyingandmappingprojects,differentinbothterrainandphotographicscale,aregivenasexperimen

5、talmodels.Thefoursetsofactualdataweretakenoveraflatregionatascaleof1:2500,amountainousregionatascaleof1:3000,ahighmountainousregionatascaleof1:32000andanuplandregionatascaleof1:60000respectively.Intheseexperiments,theGPSPPPresultswerecomparedwithresultsobtainedthroughDGPSpositioningandt

6、raditionalbundleblockadjustment.Inthisway,theempiricalpositioningaccuracyofGPSPPPinaerialtriangulationcanbeestimated.Finally,theresultsofbundleblockadjustmentwithairborneGPScontrolsfromGPSPPPareanalyzedindetail.TheempiricalresultsshowthatGPSPPPappliedinaerialtriangulationhasasystematice
