6、·······························································42个人简历··································································································43中文摘要高度浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白(CGF)对种植体周围软组织的影响摘要目的:评价高度浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白(Concentrategrowthfactor,CGF)在前牙种植术区角化龈组织生成、改善软组织状况中的作用,为其在种

7、植体周围软组织重建中应用提供基础资料。方法:1.病历资料:选取2016年11月到2017年10月的在中国人民解放军白求恩国际和平医院种植科进行前牙种植的病例15例共20个种植位点。采集静脉血,按常规程序分离制备CGF,将一半CGF与Bio-oss骨粉混合进行种植术区骨缺损的充填,另一半压制成膜缝合固定封闭软组织创口。术后12周进行牙龈软组织成形术,种植位点上方切取直径约2mm牙龈组织制作石蜡切片HE染色;共振频率ISQ分析记录测量,ISQ>60的患者在牙龈软组织成形术后2周制取印模。分别在术前、术后4、12、14、16周复诊测量种植位点的角化龈宽度,并在术
