1、护理干预对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响王疏—I—'、、、(四川省达县人民医院内五科四川达州635000)【摘要】目的：研究对慢性支气管炎及肺气肿的患者实施早期全面的护理干预对其情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取本院于2014.8-2015.8期间收治的100例慢性支气管炎及肺气肿的患者，按照入院先后将其分为常规组50例与干预组50例，常规组实行一般护理，干预组实施全面早期的护理干预，采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评定患者入院时及经治疗后一个月的干预效果，比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁状况及睡眠质量评分。结果：两组患者于入院
2、时出现食欲不佳、情绪低落、睡眠障碍及治疗配合度不高等评分均无明显差异，P>；0.05o经治疗一个月后，两组患者上述症状评分常规组均高于干预组，P<0.05。干预组患者满意度为100%,常规组为76%,干预组高于常规组，P<0.05。结论：对于慢性支气管炎并发肺气肿的患者实施早期全面的护理干预，可以减少患者出现焦虑抑郁等心理反应，提高患者睡眠质量，值得临床广泛应用。【关键词】负面情绪：睡眠质量：慢性支气管炎：肺气肿【中图分类号】R471【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)12-0047-02Nurs
