2、为HRC45-48。要求对轴齿轮的机械加工工艺规程及加工齿轮的夹具进行设计。设计内容:1.零件图:1张;2.机械加工工艺过程卡:1张;3.机械加工工序卡:1套;4.夹具装配总图:1张;5.夹具零件图:1张;6.课程设计说明书:1份。20内容摘要:按照题目要求,对工件的工艺要求和技术要求进行分析,通过所学的知识先选择合理的毛坯材料、外形与尺寸。并选择合理的定位基准与加工顺序。通过查找工艺手册选择并计算工件的加工余量,制定最优的工艺路线,以节省成本和工时。再对最终的工艺路线的各工序进行分析与计算其切削用量、进给量和切削速
