4、17中文摘要肺癌分子靶向治疗的进展综述摘要肺癌对于当今世界来说，仍是一个严峻的挑战，在当今临床当中，肺癌的发病率和病死率都高居癌症首位，而且已经呈现出逐年增加的趋势[1]。回顾以往的治疗方案，手术、放疗、化疗是当前治疗肺癌的三大传统方法,在肺癌的治疗史上发挥了不可磨灭的作用,但随着社会的进步，科学的不断发展,人们对癌症的认知不断的更新与深入,一种新的治疗方案正在[2]逐步投入到临床当中，这三种治疗方法的局限性也随之日渐凸现。随着医学分子生物学的发展，分子靶向治疗肺癌逐渐受到临床重视，分子靶向治疗作为近些
