5、erences,meetdifferentstudents'learningneeds,andcreatetheeducationalenvironmentthatcanguidestudentstotakepartineducationalactivitiesactively.Teachersshouldarousestudents’enthusiasmforstudy,improvetheirattitudeandabilitieswithwhichstudentscanmasterandappl
6、ytheknowledge,andteachersshouldmakeeverystudentgetfulldevelopment.Thisalsoreflectstheguidingideologyofthe“student-oriented”teachingmethod,whichisrevealedinthenewcurriculumreform.Thereforeweshouldstudytheindividualdifferencesoflearners.Formanyyears,Engli
