1、摘要济南市中银大厦是位于我国北方的一座高层建筑，为典型的办公建筑。占地面积1343.03平方米，总建筑面积23876.6平方米，地面上共23层，建筑总高度70米。一二层为综合性建筑，三至二十三层为办公室，23层顶设水箱。本设计主要包括室内给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统四个部分。给水系统采用分区供水，一层到八层为低区，九到十五层为中区，十六层到二十三层为高区，分别采用变频水泵加压供水；排水系统采用的是污分流制，裙房单设排水立管；排水立管仅设仲顶通气管，个别立管通气管无法仲顶，采用侧墙通气，消防系统采用分区供水，一到13层为低区，14到23层为高区，系统包括消火栓灭火系统
