1、一种湿法烟气脱硫塔的设计摘要：本文针对作者所在企业在工业窑炉及锅炉烟气喷淋洗涤式脱硫塔的设计与应用过程中，由于洗涤液雾化效果不好、喷雾不均匀，造成脱硫效果差以及喷嘴容易堵塞、烟气洗涤脱硫后脱水效果不理想等问题，提出一种改善洗涤液雾化效果和喷嘴流道；改进常规旋流板脱水器结构，增大烟气旋流直径，脱硫效率高，喷嘴堵塞概率低，洗涤后烟气脱水效果比较好的高效脱硫装置的设计。应用结果表明，该脱硫塔能够达到提高脱硫率和脱水率的目的。Abstract：Inthedesignandapplicationoftheindustrialki
