4、atheory,ifcompleted,wouldsolvetheproblemofauniversalconceptoflawandconstructonefundamentaltheoryapplicabletodifferentlegalsystemsintheworld.Onlyinthiswaycouldwereallygetridofallthebarrierstocommunicationandmutualunderstandingbetweendifferentlegalsystemsandcultures.Suchatheoryisnoto
