1、参与式情景模拟教学在全科医学门诊带教中的应用[摘要]0的?"察参与式情景模拟教学在全科医学门诊带教屮的应用效果。方法以2014年7月〜2016年10月在本院全科门诊培训的76名全科医生及助理全科医生为研宄对象,随机分力实验组与对照组,每组38名,实验组学员带教时座进参与式情景模拟教学,对照组学仍带教时应川传统教学方式,观察两组带教结朿后全科理论及门诊接诊能力考核成绩,并调查两组学员对带教的满意度。结果实验组学员的提高自主学习能力、提高分析、解决M题能力、激发学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛、培养批判性思维能力、培养学员的职业认同感均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05
