4、sandmaintainingecologicalbalances.Article2AllactivitieswithintheterritoryofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaconcerningtheprotection,domestication,breeding,developmentandutilizationofspeciesofwildlifemustbeconductedinconformitywiththisLaw.Thewildlifeprotectedunderthis

5、Lawreferstothespeciesofterrestrialandaquaticwildlifewhicharerareornearextinctionandthespeciesofterrestrialwildlifewhicharebeneficialorofimportanteconomicorscientificvalue.ThewildlifereferredtointheprovisionsofthisLawmeansthewildlifewhichshallenjoyprotectionasp

6、rescribedintheprecedingparagraph.Asregardstheprotectionofthespeciesofaquaticwildlifeotherthanthosewhicharerareornearextinction,theprovisionsoftheFisheriesLawshallapply.Article3WildliferesourcesshallbeownedbytheState.Thestateprotectsthelawfulrightsandinterestso

7、funitsandindividualsengagedinthedevelopmentorutilizationofwildliferesourcesaccordingtolaw.8Article4TheStatepursuesapolicyofstrengtheningtheprotectionofwildliferesources,activelydomesticatingandbreedingthespeciesofwildlife,andrationallydevelopingandutilizingwil
