1、河南财经学院本科生毕业论文我国亏损上市公司盈余管理的研究姓名学号5014专业会计学指导教师qq讲师2009年5月15日摘要上市公司的盈余管理的现象是当今许多国家所面临的问题，也是我国资本市场上的热门话题。由于中国股票市场的特殊历史和制度背景，中国上市公司具有较强的盈余管理动机，而作为盈余管理的“重灾区”，亏损上市公司的盈余管理行为更加引人注目。近年来，我国证券制度不断更新，证券监管也逐步加强，新会计准则也开始实施，中国的盈余管理出现了新的特点。中国的亏损上市公司由于其报告盈余的“特殊性”，往往被认为有强烈的盈余动机。亏损上市公司为了达到预期盈利目标，在提供财务信息时，

2、为了实现其预期利益，通过一些盈余手段，使其财务报表呈现出“欣欣向荣”的景象，使其投资者对该公司更具投资信心，盈余管理严重影响了会计信息的质量。我国的证券市场正在以令人惊奇的速度发展，市场规模迅速扩大，盈余管理现象己成为我国证券市场不容忽视的、具有普遍行的现象，严重影响我国资本市场的健康发展，为此，立足我国国情，深入研究我国亏损上市公司盈余管理的现状是很有必要的。木文主要从中国亏损上市公司的角度入手，就亏损上市公司是否存在盈余管理的行为做了一些研宄，证实了亏损上市公司确实存在盈余管理的现象，指出了它们进行盈余管理的主要手段及方法，并提出了防止盈余管理现象发生的政策及建议
