1、健骨二仙提取液对去卵巢大鼠胫骨中段皮质骨形态计量【摘要】目的探讨健骨二仙提取液对去卵巢大鼠皮质骨形态计量学的影响,进一步研究该药防治骨质疏松症的作用机理。方法将42只6.5月龄雌性近交系大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组、单纯去卵巢组(即模型组)、卵巢切除+健骨二仙提取液(即治疗组)、卵巢切除+倍美力组(即倍美力组),采用去卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模,6周后药物干预治疗10周,采用皮下注射盐酸四环素和钙黄绿素进行骨表面的双荧光标记,全部处死大鼠取右胫骨中段不脱钙骨切片进行骨形态计量学参数测定。结果与去卵巢组相比较,治疗组骨髓腔总面积减小(P<0.05),外膜面的骨形成各项参数均无明显变化,
2、治疗组和倍美力组骨内膜面的骨吸收参数均降低(P<0.01),治疗组内膜面骨形成参数降低(P<0.05或<0.01),使皮质骨转换水平比倍美力组更接近假手术组水平。结论健骨二仙提取液可抑制去卵巢后高转换型骨质疏松的形成,总体抑制骨吸收大于骨形成,减少了骨量丢失和骨结构退化,是该药防治骨质疏松症的机理之一。【关键词】健骨二仙提取液;原发性骨质疏松症;骨形态计量学;实验研究;动物;大鼠;龟板胶;鹿角胶;人参〔Abstract〕ObjectiveTostudytheeffectofJianguErxianextractiononthehistomorphometryofmiddletib
