2、研究的内容与方法。第二章为相关理论和技术概述，介绍了相关理论以及兴龙广缘超巾*超山'基本情况；第三、四章为核心部分。第三章在对兴龙广缘超市核心员工激励机制的现状进行阐述，找到了其中存在问题，第叫章，针对其中存在的M题，依托相关理论提出了改进意见和建议。最后，结朿语，对全文进行总结。指出木文的研究一定程度上能够对兴龙广缘超市核心员工的激励起到一定的借鉴与指导作用。关键词：核心员工；激励机制；兴龙广缘ABSTRACTTitle:Xingdragonlebersupermarketcorestaffincentivemechanismre
