1、内容摘要自改革开放以来，随着多层次资本市场的初期建立，国内中小企业也得到一定程度的发展。中小企业能够随着市场变化而相应适应发展，也成为社会经济中的重要一员，对社会稳定和发展起着推动作用。但是，中小企业由于自身规模小、产权不清等缺陷手致经营不规范、抵御风险能力差，一直面临着融资难的问题。我国中小企业的融资模式存在着严重失衡且偏向非正规的融资渠道等问题。虽然政府每年会出台相关政策例如贷款援助、风险投资等，但在实际橾作中仍表现出来对中小企业的歧视与忽略。且目前国内资本市场多层次性还不完善，相应的法律法规缺乏制约性。所以分析中小企业融资难的现状及对策有助于全面促进我国经济的发展

2、。本文先是对中小企业和融资渠道进行界定，对不同界定方法下的融资渠道简述，再结合当前我国宏观经济环境，系统分析目前中小企业融资现状，并指出相对比较重要的几点贅述，再通过现状深入剖析问题的成因。在通过介绍日本和美国两国的中小企业发展情况的基础上，总结两国成果经验的启示，最后分别以内部措施和外部措施为方向结合我国国情，提出科学合理的优化对策建议。关键词中小企业；融资渠道；渠道创新AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,withtheearlyestablishmentofamulti-levelcapitalmarket,domesticSMEs
