5、ardStatesecurity,maintainpublicorder,protectcitizens'personalsafetyandfreedomandtheirlegalproperty,protectpublicproperty,andprevent,stopandpunishillegalandcriminalactivities.Thepeople'spoliceconsistofpolicemenworkinginpublicsecurityorgans,Statesecurityorgans
6、,prisonsandorgansinchargeofreeducationthroughlabor,aswellasjudicialpolicemenworkinginthePeople'sCourtsandthePeople'sProcuratorates.Article3People'spolicemenmustrelyonthesupportofthemasses,keepclosetieswiththem,listenattentivelytotheircommentsandsuggestions,a
