2、issuedbytheGovernment.ThemerchandisingandGovernmentAffairsshouldbeinformedaswell.政府机关或其委托机构在各商场抽取样品后，行政部应通知索赔部凭抽样单(或其它单据)向供应商索赔，同时通知采购部和政府事务部。AdministrationfillstheRecapforGovernmentVisitinStoreandsendittodepartmentsconcerned.行政部填写《商场接待政府机关情况报告》，递交有关部门。AdministrationfillstheNoticeofSampleExaminat

4、k.供应商来商场办理完索赔手续后，拿回抽样单原件。5.TheAdministrationinformsthemerchandisingandmanagementinstoreabouttheexaminationresultsfortheunqualifiedmerchandises.对于抽检不合格商品，行政部应通知采购部及商场管理层。6.Theexaminationchargeispaidbystorefirst,andtheAdministrationwillinformtheFinancetodeductmoneyfromrelevantaccountsofvendors.Afte
