1、近些年来，本国的经济正在不断的发展着，在经济体制的不断改进的情况下，中小型企业的作用和重要的性就愈来愈被人们放在首要位置，成为了本国的国民的经济中不可被忽略的重要的部分。特别是参加了WTO之后，中小型企业在本国有了一个非常的重要的发展机会但在这个时候，也有着一定的难度。本国的中小企业所面临的最大的问题，我认为是生存问题，但是生存的关键又是什么呢？是企业的财务的管理。由于企业留存着内中和表面两方面的问题这一原因，导致中小型企业的发展变得不自由受到约束。特别是企业对财务管理的不上心，使财务管理没有发挥出其存在的价值，导致企业抵抗外部风险的能力不高，企业生存的时间
2、不长，生存的能力降下。研宄得出，我国的中小型企业存在着两方面的问题，内部问题和外部问题。内部问题顾名思义就是企业本身的问题，包括资金短缺、筹资困难、投资决策不科学、筹资能力差、内控环节薄弱、财务管理人员专业素质较低等；外部问题为企业外部环境原因，包括对于中小企业的各项法律法规不健全且对中小企业的各项政策支持不够完善。并且为了解决这一问题采取了适当的方法，才能充分发挥出财务的管理在本国中小型企业的功用。本文是想再提醒我国中小型企业的领导，要联系中小型企业的实际的情况，对中小企业留存的问题给予剖析，找到办法消灭，考虑一下如何加强企业的财务的管理。通过对企业现状的
