2、句对象的编程方法，其开发主要也括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方而，实现了房屋租赁管理的U动化和信息化。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活实用、数据安全的要求出发，完成基本资料管理、客户资料管理、租凭合M管理、财务管理、统计报表管理等功能。经过实际测试证明，木文所设计的房屋租赁管理系统，可以用于物业管理部门从事房屋租赁信息管理的工作，基本满足各方面的需要。论文主要介绍了本课题的丌发背景，所要完成的功能和丌发的全过程。着重说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、技术难点和解决方案。【关键词】数据库VisualBasic
