2、同后购买相关装修主材(材料清单详见附件3)，装修辅材由甲方提供,甲方所提供的材料均应用于本合同规定的房屋装修工程，非经甲方同意，不得挪作他用。乙方如挪作他用，应按挪用材料的双倍价款补偿给甲方。2.因设计变更需增加用料，乙方应提前3日通知甲方购买材料，如甲方因有事不能外出购买，乙方可按经甲方同意的材料品牌、数量、单价自行购买，并在工程结束后凭购买清单另行结算材料费用。3.甲方负责采购供应的材料、设备，应该是符合设计要求的合格产品，并应按时供应到现场，材料经乙方验收后，由乙方负责保管，由于保管不当而造成损失，由乙方
