5、esandthatimpairsthelivingenvironmentoftheneighbourhood."Environmentalnoisepollution",asusedinthisLaw,meansthattheenvironmentalnoiseemittedexceedstheenvironmentalnoiseemittedlimitssetbytheStateontheenvironmentalnoiseemittedandimpairspeople'sdailylife,workandstud

6、y.Article3ThisLawshallapplytopreventionandcontrolofenvironmentalnoisepollutionintheterritoryofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.11ThisLawshallnotapplytopreventionandcontrolofnoisehazardsincurredinthecourseofproductionorbusinessoperationoneisengagedin.Article4TheStateC
