1、封面摘要近年来，中国影子银行体系的发展与其存在的风险，受到国内外学者与有关当局的高度关注。影子银行非常规的急速增长，一方面弥补了中国金融体系缺陷，推动了利率市场化，另一方面却引发了新的监管问题，冲减了总体政策的效果。因此许多相关的文献纷纷出炉，想要深入了解中国影子银行体系并提出规范办法，试图防范其所带的风险并消弥负面影响。本文希望通过对影子银行及其监管进行系统研究，考察我国当前影子银行发展现状和存在的问题，同时分析美国影子银行发展及监管体制，从中汲取有价值的参考经验，为我国影子银行监管制度的重构，提出可能的建议：合理地把握金融监管与金融创新的关系；加强对整个金融行业

3、andpromotedthemarketizationofinterestrates;however,ithasalsointriguednewsupervisoryproblems,whichdiminishestheeffectsoftheoverallpolicy.Hence,manyrelateddocumentswerepublishedtohavinganinsightintoChina’sshadowbankingsystemandgivingsolutionsforthepotentialrisksinthepurposeofcounteractit
