2、epdrawabilityareinvestigatedinthisstudytoincreasethedeepdrawabilityofaluminumsheet.Theconventionaldeepdrawingprocessislimitedtoacertainlimitdrawingratio(LDR)beyondwhichfailurewilloccur.Theintentionofthisworkistoexaminethepossibilitiesofrelaxingtheabovelimi
3、tationthroughthedeepdrawingwithinternalair-pressing,aimingtowardsaprocesswithanincreaseddrawingratio.Theideawhichmayleadtothisgoalistheuseofspecialpunchthatcanexerthighpressureontheinternalsurfaceofdeformingsheetduringthedeepdrawingprocess.Overtherangesofc
4、onditionsinvestigatedforAI-1050,thelocalstrainconcentrationatpunchnoseradiusareawasdecreasedbyinternalair-pressingofpunch,andthedeepdrawingwithinternalair-pressingwasprovedtobeveryeffectiveprocessforobtaininghigherLDR.Keywords:DeepDrawing,InternalAir-Press
