2、煤年耗量144.55万吨,主耍产品年产量:焦炭110.16万吨、焦油5.48万吨、粗苯1.65万吨、氨0.33万吨、净煤气23.29万吨;并得出吨入炉煤耗煤气量140.34m3,热工效率76.12%。在炉型选择方面,本设计采用HXDK55—08F型捣固焦炉,炭化室高5.5m。计算得其宥效容积40.27m3,孔数55X2,其技术特点为双联火道、焦炉煤气卜*喷、废气循环、复热式。同时,对焦炉的机械设备和附属设备进行简要介绍和选择,并对各主耍工艺参数进行设定。最对所设计结果进行汇总,绘制出捣固炼焦工艺流程图
