1、线损管理及降损措施摘要二十一世纪是一个能源不可或缺的时代。在各种能源中，电能己经毋庸置疑的成为了世界经济发展和人类各项活动的基础能源。电能从生产出来到输配电再到用户使用的过程屮不可避免的会发生一些损耗，这就是线损。，加强线损的管理水平，最大程度地对线损进行控制，有效降低线损，可以为供电企业增加企业效益，也是保持企业良好态势发展的重要途径。H前，虽然关于线损管理及控制的探讨和研究己经不在少数，但是大多研究仍是从线损理论知识和技术层而出发的，较为宽泛，缺乏对具体供电公司具体情况的分析和研究。山东电力公司是国家电网公司所属的供电企业，承

2、担着对电网电网的运行和管理的责任，而线损管理在电网运行管理中是首当其冲的关注点，线损管理方法还需要考虑到当地供电售电趋势和特点，制定相应的对策方针，才能提升供电企业的业绩指标，顺利完成企业的工作任务。本文在对线损的基本理论知识进行分析的基础上，具体研允了山东电力公司目前线损管理的现状。通过对山东电力公司的线损管理模式、网架结构、指标完成情况等方面得出了该供电公司线损管理存在的一些问题。最后针对这些发现的问题，从完善线损的管理体系、技术体系和保障体系三个方面提出了一些改善措施。关键词：山东供电公司；线损管理；降损措施Abstract
