6、aceareaandvolume1,size2,table...和关于什刹海统计指标分析及发展建议西城区旅游局一、关于什刹海现状的指标情况（一）经济指标经济指标主要分为三大分指标——对当地居民的经济影响，带动周边消费情况以及什刹海旅游总收入。分指标一：对当地居民的经济影响（1）因房产升值以及出租房屋带来的收入抽样调查显示，75.8%的商户租用了当地居民的房屋；75%的居民不愿迁出，如果政策要求迁出，47.8%的居民要求政府为房产提供每平方米1万元以上的补助。（2）参与经营所带来的经济收入抽样调查显示，在什刹海的商户中，35%的企业法人或者个体老板是西城区居民，
