1、摘要主要负责处理整个超市的库存的更新等往来数据信息。往来信息处理的及时、准确会促进商业超市成本的降低，加速资金的回流，提高各级管理人员管理决策的水平。因此采购管理在整个超市管理信息系统中具有举足轻重的作用。本文对小型超市管理信息系统中的超市采购管理子系统的设计与开发过程进行详细说明。本系统设置了5个功能模块：请购单管理、订购单管理、合同管理、资金请求管理、系统管理。请购单管理模块中，主管审批时参照接受库存部门的请购信息生成采购订单。在采购模块中实现订购单的新建、修改、撤销功能。采购定单生成后对应生成采购合同，按照合同的付款信息，及时向财务部门反馈用
