1、题目：中小企业的财务管理中小企业的财务管理［摘要］一个企业的终级目标是赢利，赢利宏观上讲，是通过资金的投入、资金的使用、资金在使用过程中增值，获得大于投入的资金产出，便产生了嵐利。即做好资金管理是屮小企业生存发展之道。本文S在研究中小企业面临的现实情况：人、财、物各方面资源欠缺，管理者思想落后，没冇规范的制度以及专业人员，底+薄弱，抗风险能力低等。同时针对企业在不同的发展阶段，需要有与之相彼配的财务管理□标。生存阶段，最主要的是能够以收抵支、到期偿债；发展阶段，最主要的是能筹集资金，投入各种资源以提高产品质量，扩大

2、销售；获利阶段，最主耍的是合理、冇效的使用资金，确保投入产出比。同时深入研究企业在实际经营管理过程中，需耍重点管控的点，包括如何筹集资金、如何做好预算、存货的管理、同吋针对现金要作管理，一个企业没冇现金根本无法生存。另外企业只强调销售，不管收款,企业的风险无限加大，容易造成现金流屮断，即应收款也是必须要管的。在采购、生产、销售过程中，不顾及成本、达不到企业经营目标，因此成本管理也是重点。当企业有了一些资金，需要做投资时，也耍考虑各个方而。本文所耍论述的观点即中小企业的财务管理是一个系统管理，做好了系统管理，方能确保
