1、医源性泪溢的临床病因分析陈琳琳1王海林1肖凡1徐朦1、2王达1、2（1辽宁省沈阳市第四人民医院眼科辽宁沈阳110031;2大连医科大学辽宁大连116044）【摘要】目的探讨患者因泪道冲洗或内眼手术后泪溢的病因及预后。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年6月期间在我院以“就诊或内眼手术（白内障、玻切）后泪溢”为主诉就诊的患者的发病原因。随机抽取在此期间在门诊行泪道冲洗患者400例；随机抽取此IX间在我院住院行“白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术”400例，其中在术中使用钢丝开睑器200例，可调节开睑器200例，“玻璃体切割术”患者200例，均使用可调节开睑器。对

2、此9例患者进行泪道冲洗以排除泪道阻塞，进行泪液排泄实验，己明确是否为功能性泪溢。结果随机抽取的门400例门诊病例中有3例患者在泪道冲洗后自觉泪溢或流泪加重，给予0.1%氟美瞳眼液滴眼一周缓解后，一个月后症状消失；随机抽取的400例住院患者，白内障手术中使用钢丝开睑器的200例患者中无术后泪溢症状，200例使用可调节开睑器病例中有2例出现术后泪溢，200例玻切患者中有5例出现术后泪溢。嘱内眼手术后泪溢患者按摩，三个月-6个月后症状消失。结论泪道冲洗时造成的一过性泪点损伤及内眼手术中开睑器的使用是医源性泪溢的主要原因，但经过临床观察，其预后良好，建议眼科医生在施行内眼
