1、开关电源控制芯片DK1254•同步整流芯片DK5V45R10demoDK125+DK5V45R105V4ADEMO这是一款5级能效过认证的DEMO板,由5级能效芯片DK125和同步整流芯片DK5V45R10组合而成,待机功率小于0.3W,平均效率达到84%OPCBLayout:在设计时安全距离,安规耍求都有考虑到,并满足要求。同时D2位置留有裸铜皮加强散热,降低温度,确保同步整流芯片的温度更低,效率更高。原理图:由CXI,LF1组成共模滤波电路,D1和Cl,Rl,R2组成吸收电路,R3,R4,R7,R8,U2,U3,C11组成环路控制,原理图附件
2、:DK125+DK5V45R105V4ADEMODK125+DK5V45R10效率测试:5V4ADEMO因DEMO板使用两个1C,在效率测试时用10V45*2和DK5V45R10进行对比测试DK125+DK5V45R105V4ADEMO测试数裾见后面附表,从图上我们可以看出待机功率并不会因为用了DK5V45R10而增加,从效率上看,用了DK5V45R10后效率不管是轻载/重载都高于10V45低VF值的肖特基二极管,在常温230V50HZ5V4A等同条件下测试整流管的温度:230V纹波测试对比,2款整流力*式对比纹波在150mV左右。相关测试波形:
