1、延续护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后心理状况和躯体功能的影响分析李慧明乐山市屮区人民医院四川乐山614000【摘要】R的：分析延续护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后心理状况和躯体功能的影响。方法：将我院行行乳腺癌根治术治疗的64例患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例。对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者行延续护理。护理后，采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对2组患者的心理状况进行测评，并测量2组患者的肩关节活动度。同时，调查2组患者的护理满意度。结果：护理后，观察组患者SCL-90量表评分下抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执4个维度的平均评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；而在肩关节活动度上，观

2、察组患者的平均A收度、外展度、前屈度和后伸度均人于对照组(P<0.05)o观察组患者对护理全面性、护理连续性的满意度依次为93.75%、90.63%,对照组依次为75%、75%。2组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：延续护理干预下，通过予以患考全面、连续的护理服务能有效调适患者的心理状况，促进患者躯体功能的恢复，对提高患者的护理满意度及生活质量具有重要的意义。【关键词】乳腺癌根治术；延续护理；心理状况；躯体功能【中图分类号】R473.73【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674-8999(2015)8-0146-02Analysisofcontinuati
