1、牙周基础治疗结合盐酸米诺环素治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床疗效观察黑龙江省监狱管理局屮心医院黑龙江哈尔滨150080【摘要】目的：探讨牙周基础治疗结合盐酸米诺环素治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：选择我院在2014年4月-2015年4月期间收治的侵袭性牙周炎患者48例，将其随机平均分为研宂组与对照组。两组患者均行牙周基础治疗和龈卜刮治术及龈上洁治术。一方面对治疗前后患者的出血指数、牙齿松动程度以及临床附着丧失等相关指标进行对比。另一方面，在此基础上，对照组应用碘甘油治疗，研究组应用盐酸米诺环素治疗。结果：治疗前患者的出血指数为2.81±0.94,菌斑指数为1.

2、93±0.94，临床附着丧失指数为3.3±1.83,牙周探诊深度为3.5±1.93。治疗后患者的出血指数为0.76±0.91,菌斑指数为0.78±0.45，临床附着丧失指数为1.92±0.81,牙周探诊深度为2.13±1.04。研究组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:在牙周棊础治疗后应用盐酸米诺环素，临床效果显著，且患者能够在较短时间内缓解不良症状，可以有效强化侵袭性牙周炎的临床疗效，促使牙周组织快速恢复，安全可靠，适于应用。【
